Decorative Wall Stickers For Your Home

would like to add one to my wall, except its painted hot pink and if i decide to remove it, i dont want the paint to peel

I’m moving into a rented house so I can’t paint the walls unfortunately so I want to brighten up my son’s cream bedroom – has anybody used the wall stickers you can buy, and if so do they peel off fine when you take them off or do they leave any marks (or pull the paint) or anything?

When I was a little kid, I stuck a load of glow in the dark star stickers all over my f’ing room. I’m in high school now and I can’t get the damn things off. I can chisel them, but it’s extremely difficult and peels the paint off of my walls sometimes. Anything I can do, some household ANYTHING that I can use to take them off??

Have you ever had the inspiration of creating that special themed room your child so desperately wanted? I so did… Here it goes,. My child lovely creature that he is, so had to
have an undersea theme. He so nicely told me exactly what it should include. So taking this up with my creative instincts I decided to paint his walls and put the oh so necessary characters on it. After a month of blood sweat and tears, I had finally finished.. yahoo. The room looked amazing. I had a tiered effect with the water and the bottom of the ocean. The characters so bright and cheerful. One would literally want to just stay in this little haven forever, right? Oh so wrong! My lovely little angel pie, changed his mind. Are you kidding me? No longer into the undersea theme “ I really like pirates now, mommy.” (Oh did I mention he gave me his ever so non resistant puppy dog eyes?) As cute as he is, I really just wanted to scream! So I am thinking to myself, “there has got to be a better way to do this.”

I went online and found my rescuer aaahhh! I found this wonderful web sight the has wall stickers. Have you heard of such a thing? Well anyways I decided to try them out. I got the pirate mural. look here http://www.prestochangodecor.com/piadwast.html. I know it seems a bit pricey, but it literally filled my sons entire room. At this moment (he) still is into pirates. This took me approximately a half hour to put up. Love that. I just had to peel them off the roll and place them on the wall. NO SWEATING….. even better.

Im trying to take my wall stickers off my wall because im going to be painting my room a different color. The problem is that after i started peeling them off all the paint decided to come with it. Some dots take off the paint and others just pull it away from the wall and make a bubble. ive tried just scraping them off, ive tried fabric softener (i saw that it might work somewhere, it didnt) and ive tried steaming them… nothing worked. now i have a bunch of spots on my wall where the paint came off and i still have A LOT of dots left. Is there any way i could get them off without peeling the paint??

When I was about 5 years old, me and my mom put up all these glow-in-the-dark stickers of planets and stars on my bedroom walls. 13 years later, most of them are still there.

What’s the best way to take them off, without using too much chemicals like Goo Gone and stuff? I’ve tried to take some of them off, but sometimes the paint comes off with it, which is not good.
